pencil in 安排
pencil (someone/something) in，安排某個人或某件事情，例如安排會議。
ex: I’ll pencil you in for a meeting. 我會把你安排進去會議。
not measure up 未達到
measure up 在商業英文中有兩個意思分別是：
measure up against 看齊
ex: I measure up against the giants of old. 我向過去的偉人看齊。
measure up 夠格、達到要求
ex: I’m afraid I don’t quite measure up. 我怕我不是很夠格。
cost reduction / lower the cost 降低成本
會議中常會討論到降低成本的議題，大部分的人都會直翻成 cost down 儘管聽得懂，但在英文上是不太正確的哦！
ex: Hiring trustworthy agents lowers the costs of monitoring.
僱用值得信賴的代理人可減少監察成本。
